These terms explain the rules for using Prismovia, including creating articles, posting comments and replies, and using email verification. By submitting content or using our interactive features, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use those features.

1. Perspectives, AI and your responsibility

Prismovia helps people explore topics through different perspectives. Articles, images, assessments and other material may be generated with AI and may contain errors. An assessment score or email verification is not a guarantee that a claim is true or that a contributor's real-world identity has been confirmed. Satire and fiction should not be treated as factual reporting.

Check important claims and original sources before relying on or sharing content. Site content is general information and does not replace professional legal, medical or financial advice. See our Methodology and Editorial Policy.

2. Protect your email identity

Prismovia currently uses email verification rather than passwords for participation. Use an email address you control and are authorised to use. Do not use another person's address or identity, or let someone else submit articles, comments or replies under your verified identity.

Keep your posting identity private. Avoid publicly sharing the email address you use for Prismovia where it could enable someone to impersonate you. Never share verification links, codes, verification emails, inbox access or an active verified session so someone else can post in your name.

Do not verify a submission you did not make. Protect your inbox and sign out on shared devices where that option is available. If you suspect unauthorised use, contact subscribe@prismovia.com promptly. We may temporarily restrict the affected identity while the situation is checked.

An email address alone is not a secret credential. Merely knowing or legitimately sharing someone's address does not authorise posting as that person. Accidental disclosure or being the victim of impersonation does not, by itself, establish misconduct.

3. Abuse and prohibited conduct

Strong disagreement and good-faith criticism are welcome. You must not use Prismovia to:

Threaten, stalk, harass or repeatedly target people, encourage violence, or promote hatred against people based on protected characteristics.
Impersonate someone, misuse an email identity, fabricate another person's endorsement, or knowingly publish false allegations presented as fact.
Expose private personal information without permission, distribute unlawful sexual content, or exploit or endanger children.
Post spam, scams, deceptive promotions, malicious links or content that infringes another person's rights.
Flood article generation, comments or verification emails; manipulate engagement or assessments; or disrupt the service through unauthorised automation.
Attempt unauthorised access, bypass verification or security controls, or evade a restriction using different email addresses, identities or other methods.

Political disagreement, a low assessment score, or an honest negative review of Prismovia is not, on its own, abuse.

4. Additional email verification

We may require a fresh email verification when there are signs of identity sharing, impersonation, suspicious activity or abuse, or when needed to restore access. This may include verification for every article, comment or reply, even if your address was previously verified.

Where this requirement is applied, affected submissions may be held or refused until verification is completed. Additional verification may be temporary or ongoing, depending on the risk. Successful verification does not override a ban or make prohibited content acceptable. Verification messages are for identity and submission checks; marketing subscriptions are a separate matter.

5. Warnings, partial bans and full bans

We may take proportionate action to protect users and the service. Depending on the seriousness, repetition and available evidence, action may include:

A warning or content action: requesting changes, adding a label, holding a submission for review, or removing content.
Additional checks: requiring fresh email verification, including for every submission.
A partial ban: restricting article creation, comments, replies or another interactive feature while leaving other features or public reading available.
Temporary limits or suspension: limiting submission frequency or suspending some or all participation for a period.
A full ban: withdrawing all permission to participate, temporarily or permanently. Access to the service may also be restricted where reasonably necessary to prevent serious abuse.

Deliberately sharing a verified identity, repeated impersonation, serious abuse or evading restrictions may lead directly to a full ban. We do not have to issue a warning first where immediate action is reasonably needed. Restrictions may also be protective measures while suspected unauthorised activity is investigated; they are not automatically a finding of wrongdoing.

Where reasonably practicable, we will explain the affected features, the reason and any known duration or steps for review. We may withhold details that would compromise security, another person's privacy or a legal obligation. Decisions should consider context, severity, repetition and whether an identity was compromised.

6. Reports, corrections and appeals

To report abuse, suspected impersonation or an error, or to request review of a restriction, email subscribe@prismovia.com. Include the relevant page links, the affected email address and a short explanation. Do not send passwords or verification codes.

We may ask you to verify control of the affected email address before restoring its access. We will consider relevant information and may correct, reduce or remove a restriction where appropriate. An appeal does not automatically pause a restriction, and restoration is not guaranteed. Do not create a replacement identity to bypass the review process.

7. Your submissions and other people's rights

Only submit material you are entitled to share. You retain any rights you hold in your contributions. By submitting material for publication, you give Prismovia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, format and display it as reasonably needed to operate the service, including generating the article you requested and displaying related discussion. Service providers may process it for those purposes.

This permission does not transfer ownership of your content or promise that AI output qualifies for copyright protection. Public content may be copied or indexed by others. You can request correction or removal; some records or backups may need to be retained as explained in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

8. Privacy and service availability

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is used. Do not put private information in public submissions. Features may change, be interrupted or become unavailable; we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, publication of every submission or the accuracy of every output.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, removes mandatory consumer protections, or restricts lawful reporting to authorities or honest reviews.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date, and material changes will be brought to users' attention where reasonably practicable. Where the law requires notice or agreement, we will follow those requirements. Changes do not retroactively turn previously permitted conduct into a violation.
